Job summary

United Alloy, Inc. in Union, Ohio (Dayton area) is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for heavy tank and structural fabrication at our Union facility. This full-time manufacturing role requires reading blueprints, welding to AWS D1.1, and maintaining weld quality.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am with overtime available. Starting pay is $28 per hour plus a $3 shift premium. No travel, home every night, equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding for heavy tanks and structural fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must inspect welds to AWS D1.1 and customer quality standards.
• Maintain welding machines, wire, and gas.
• Maintain 95%+ efficiency and strong quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 1–2 weld work centers independently.
• Read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
• Inspect your own welds to meet AWS D1.1 and customer standards.
