Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join the Weld Team. The role focuses on producing high quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications. The company emphasizes employee ownership and a growth-minded culture in a fully air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications include at least one year of MIG welding/fabricator experience, ability to read blueprints and welding symbols, and comfort with multiple weld positions. OT and a strong benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience of at least one year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specs by determining welding method.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production quantities.
• Organize work to be performed according to complexity and time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
