WEBCO MFG seeks a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join the Weld Team, delivering high quality welds to meet customer specs while staying efficient. The role emphasizes precise fabrication, adherence to blueprints, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Based in a fully air-conditioned shop, the company offers ESOP ownership, quarterly bonuses, generous benefits, and clear growth paths. Candidates should have at least one year MIG welding experience and be able to read welding symbols.

Qualifications

• MIG Welding/Fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining the welding method to be used if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance for inspection prior to completing the entire job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure the correct number of parts are produced.
• Organize work to be performed by complexity, method, and anticipated completion time.
