Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a custom fabrication environment. You will produce high quality welds efficiently, ensuring parts meet customer specifications and performing first piece checks for QA.

We offer ESOP, an air-conditioned shop, quarterly bonus potential, and strong growth paths. Position is full-time, on-site in Kansas with relocation/commute options to Olathe area.

Qualifications

• MIG welding and fabricating experience required, 1+ year.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Able to perform flat, horizontal and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specs if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece inspection before full job completion.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct quantity.
• Organize work by complexity and lead time for timely processing.
• Other duties as required.
