Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes efficient, high-quality welds that meet customer specifications and expectations, with an employee-owned culture and growth opportunities.

Work is in a full-time, in-person setting at our Olathe, KS facility. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training. OT opportunities and quarterly pay growth potential are highlighted.

Qualifications

• MIG Welding/Fabricator experience (at least one year)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance before completing the job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct number of parts.
• Organize work to optimize complexity, method, and completion time for each order.
• Other duties as required.
