Propell in Granbury, TX is hiring a MIG Welding Fabricator to build and weld components per drawings for the production department. The role requires welding in GTAW/MIG processes, reading blueprints, and adhering to safety procedures.

The candidate should have 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience; a Welding Certificate is a plus, as is CWB or C-Ticket certification. We offer comprehensive benefits, a team‑oriented environment, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Completion of a Welding Certificate is an asset.
• CWB certification or C-Ticket (or higher) is an asset.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Fit and weld complex assemblies following standard work and blueprints.
• Consistently perform high‑quality GTAW/MIG welds in positions 1F–4F.
• Operate hand and air tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain attention to measurements and fabrication details.
• Self-inspect work to ensure quality at source.
• Identify and correct issues to maintain standards.
• Safely perform crane lifts as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
