Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join the Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes efficient, precise welding to meet customer specifications and deliver high quality parts.

This full-time, in-person position offers an air-conditioned shop, opportunities for quarterly pay increases, an ESOP, growth paths, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation/commute to Olathe, KS is required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance for inspection prior to completing the entire job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct number of parts.
• Organize work according to complexity, method used, and anticipated completion time for efficient processing.
• Other responsibilities as required.
