Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role requires producing high quality welds efficiently and reading blueprints to determine welding methods when not specified on the blueprint.

We offer an air-conditioned work environment, ESOP company ownership, and growth opportunities with quarterly bonus potential. This is a full-time, in-person position with relocation required to Olathe, Kansas.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specs not stated on blueprints.
• Perform first piece check and submit for QA inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct quantity of parts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and timelines.
• Other responsibilities as required.
