Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Shawnee, KS is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team. This in-person role emphasizes producing high-quality welds that meet customer specifications while maintaining efficiency.

You will read blueprints, determine welding methods, perform first-piece inspection, and help track production. We offer ESOP, growth opportunities, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package in a fully air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable performing flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specifications when not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection.
