Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re hiring an experienced MIG Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures using a variety of tools and techniques. Read blueprints, prepare materials, perform welds in multiple positions, and inspect final work for quality and safety. This is a Direct Hire position.
Shift: 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. Pay: $18 to $25 depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Set up and weld components per specifications
• Use grinders, saws, and measuring tools
• Inspect and test welds
• Maintain equipment and follow safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven MIG welding experience
• Basic hand tools required
• TIG and MMA experience a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Completion of welding apprenticeship required
• AWS certification
