Job summary

Responsibilities include MIG welding, operating Miller equipment, inspecting parts, and meeting production goals. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; you must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and verify proper assembly before welding.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed.
