Staffmark Group is hiring a MIG Welder in Archbold, OH. Earn $20.00 per hour working 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Join a team that values reliability, safety, and quality as you build and finish metal parts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG welding skills from trade school or on-the-job experience.
• Understanding of metal types and weld prep.
• Ability to read measuring tools, gauges, and blueprints.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Reliability, safety focus, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prep, weld, and finish metal parts during shift.
• Follow prints and instructions to the letter.
• Inspect work, fix defects, maintain high quality.
