The role requires 5 years of MIG experience, ability to work independently, and adherence to safety and quality standards. First shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with benefits and open posting for 30 days.

Qualifications

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on carbon steel components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards.
• Operate independently within a production environment to meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Troubleshoot basic welding equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
