O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a MIG Welder I to join our Houston fabrication team. You will fabricate and repair steel parts using MIG welding, interpret blueprints, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must pass a MIG welder certification.
• Relevant apprenticeship, experience, or vocational training preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal using MIG welding techniques.
• Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine welding process.
• Inspects welds to ensure structural soundness.
• Follows safety requirements and protocols.
• Prepares materials and sets up welding device or robot.
