Job summary

You’ll collaborate with Engineering to fixture complex first articles, participate in skill development, and support production schedules on 1st or 2nd shift with a shift premium. Industrial fabrication experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Technical welding education is preferred.
• Demonstrated MIG welding experience in fabrication.
• Welding methods and safety standards knowledge.
• Strong ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
• AWS D1.1 certification or ability to pass the test is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld MIG across various metals and assemblies.
• Read and apply blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and timelines.
• Perform routine equipment upkeep to keep welders running.
• Participate in skill-building and development opportunities.
