Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Welder/Assembler for our Hershey, PA area manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components per drawings and production specs, with MIG welding and mechanical assembly experience a plus.

The role offers a 2nd shift with overtime opportunities and offers weekly pay, along with two pay raises in the first year to reflect experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and mechanical assembly experience required.
• Proficiency in mig welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
