The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to produce quality welds, and will be part of a dynamic team environment. The role offers competitive compensation based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience or demonstrated welding ability.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications.
• Ability to consistently produce quality welds.
• Experience welding multiple metals is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld fabricated components from blueprints and work orders.
• Set up parts, components and fixtures for welding.
• Weld carbon, galvanized, stainless steel and aluminum.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and specifications.
• Grind, sand and finish welds when required.
• Perform visual inspection and assist with other testing.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
