Job summary

Randstad USA in York, SC is seeking a MIG Welder for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. First shift (Mon-Thu), 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with 3-5 years welding experience preferred.

Salary range is $52,000 - $56,160 per year with comprehensive benefits. Training for upward progression is available as the company grows quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience.
• Experienced level in welding positions and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Welding and fabrication: pulse MIG Welding.
• Carbon/structural steel work.
• Fit and weld prefabricated metal parts.
• Inspect weldments for quality.
• Good quality and attention to detail required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams.

Job description

A manufacturing facility in York, SC is looking for a MIG Welder looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Thursday. 3-5 years of Welding experience required!

Salary: $52,000 - $56,160 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Welding and fabrication: pulse MIG Welding
• Carbon/structural steel
• Fit and weld prefabricated metal parts
• Inspect completed weldments for quality
• Good quality and attention to detail required
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams

Essential Functions

• Working in a smoke free environment
• Wearing steel toe shoes
• Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Manual lifting up to 50lbs
• Standing for 10 hours at one time
• Working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
