The role is based in a metal fabrication shop that is not climate controlled, so temperatures vary with the seasons—cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The facility uses fans and bay doors to promote airflow throughout the workspace. You will work around welding equipment, grinders, fabrication machinery, and material handling equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes. The environment is hands‑on, industrial, and production‑focused, requiring appropriate shop attire and adherence to safety gear and protective equipment standards.
This is a Contract position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
