Job Title: MIG Welder

Description

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Dover, NJ. This is a shop-based position focused on welding metal components for commercial and industrial applications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing MIG welding on steel structures, inspecting welds for quality, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Candidates must have prior welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
• Strong safety awareness and work ethic

Additional Details
