Job summary

US Tech Force in New London, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our production welding team. You will weld fabricated parts and components, inspect for accuracy, and read blueprints to ensure correct assembly.

The role requires the ability to use a tape measure and work independently with a good mechanical aptitude. We offer a first shift of 4 ten-hour days and provide medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Welding experience or a welding degree/certificate.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts and components per specs and drawings.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Read blueprints (paper and computer-generated) and verify measurements.
• Contribute to a collaborative team while maintaining independence.

Production welding of fabricated parts and components

• Weld various parts and components.
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprints; computer generated and paper copy.
• Be able to use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to work independently.
• Has good mechanical aptitude.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Previous welding Experience or recently obtained your welding degree.
• Must be motivated, reliable and have a good attitude.

Wage:
