Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a skilled MIG Welder on first or second shift to join our manufacturing team. The role involves MIG welding on various metals, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality and safety at the workstation.

You will collaborate with engineering to design fixtures and fit up complex first articles while meeting production deadlines and quality standards. Prior MIG welding experience and D1.1 certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Technical training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG welder or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities
