Swenson Spreader, LLC, an Aebi Schmidt brand, in Lindenwood, IL, seeks an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, prepare metal parts, and produce high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied body positions.

Responsabilités

• Read and build from blueprints to perform quality welds.
• Operate welding machines (manual wire feed, automatic) and adjust parameters.
• Weld in multiple positions and perform inspections as required.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Utilize cranes and hoists for various tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
