Job summary

Hariley Solutions Ltd is seeking a MIG Welder for a long-term manufacturing role with multiple shift patterns and immediate starts. Candidates with all levels of MIG welding experience are encouraged to apply; pay will be set after a weld test.

Shifts include 06:00–14:30, 14:30–23:00, and 06:00–18:00 (4 on/4 off), with overtime available. You will weld, prepare materials, set up equipment, and ensure quality in line with production standards.

We are currently recruitingMIG Weldersfor a long-term manufacturing opportunity.

Candidates withall levels of MIG welding experienceare encouraged to apply. The rate of pay will be determined by thequality and results of a practical weld test.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
• £12.71 – £16.00 per hour

• 14:30 – 23:00, Monday to Friday
• £14.00 – £18.00 per hour

• 06:00 – 18:00, 4 on / 4 off
• £13.50 – £17.00 per hour

Overtime is available

The Role

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing quality welds in line with required specifications and production standards.

Duties may include:

• MIG welding components to the required standard
• Preparing materials and components for welding
• Setting and operating welding equipment
• Working from drawings and specifications where required
• Checking weld quality and finished components
• Maintaining consistent production standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Following company health and safety procedures

About You

All levels of MIG welding experience will be considered.
