Job summary

Key Personnel is seeking a MIG Welder for our Hamilton, MI client. The role focuses on carbon steel welding with no production welding, requiring the ability to weld 14ga through 1" material and to perform outside sheet metal corner welds.

A tape measure reading, blueprint interpretation, tack welding, and a professional MIG welding standard are required. The shop specializes in material handling equipment and custom fabrication, with a TEMP TO HIRE path.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading required.
• Tacking experience required.
• MIG weld must be to professional standards, not a hobby weld.
• Must be able to weld 14ga through 1" material efficiently.
• Run outside sheet metal corner weld for 30" minimum.
• MIG Weld test required; bring your own Weld helmet.
