Job summary

Webco Manufacturing in Alto, GA is seeking a Weekend MIG Welder to join our precision sheet metal team. You will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform high-quality MIG welding on custom metal parts and assemblies.

You’ll inspect welds, maintain equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement in a team-oriented, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints for sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to set up welding equipment and adjust parameters for weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications for welding tasks.
• Set up welding equipment and materials for MIG welding.
• Weld metal parts and assemblies to spec using MIG process.
• Inspect welds and verify quality against drawings.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools; perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety and quality standards and participate in continuous improvement.
