• Interpret blueprints and weld symbols to plan MIG welds.
• Set up welding equipment and adjust parameters for each part.
• Perform high-quality MIG welding on custom metal components and assemblies.
• Inspect welds for quality, acceptance criteria, and defects.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety, quality standards, and work to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time, precision results.
