Job Description

MIG WELDER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working MIG Welder for a n industrial rack manufacturer in Chattanooga , TN. This is a locally based company manufacturing shelving for various local companies. This is a great temporary to hire opportunity.

Pay Rate

$16.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

MIG Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Read blueprints for measurement specifications and builds

• Measure to 1/16 th for accuracy in material specifications

• Grinding of welds as needed

MIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

• Basic reading and math skills

• MUST be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch

• Drug screen and background check required
