Race Winning Brands in Berea, OH is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our team and help it grow. You’ll support staffing and related HR activities to ensure we hire and develop top talent for our manufacturing environments.

The role requires experience with recruiting in a production setting, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with supervisors to meet staffing targets and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires vocational welding program completion and welding proficiency.
• MIG and/or TIG welding experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and follow work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Weld and assemble parts to required specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings and welding procedures.
• Maintain 6S in the work area and ensure safety standards.
• Train Welder 1s to meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor quality and output to meet established targets.
• Perform secondary operations as needed.
