Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking skilled welders to join our team in Neenah, WI. The role involves fitting, welding, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable materials per product specifications and production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have MIG or TIG welding experience, ability to read blueprints, and a track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Medical, dental and vision benefits are offered along with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and relevant experience.
• Associates degree in-process or achieved.
• 1+ year experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable.
• Proficient MIG or TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum of varying thicknesses.
• Knowledge of blueprints, tolerances and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fit, and assemble metal parts per specifications and production schedules.
• Review tolerances and ensure quality of welds in line with ISO 9001 environment.
