Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group is seeking skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. You will perform MIG and TIG welding to build laser-cut, automated parts into complete assemblies, with grinding and finishing, quality checks, and CAD-driven workflows.

The role emphasizes MIG welding at volume with TIG on select assemblies in a fully air-conditioned facility in Arizona. Shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts, with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MIG and/or TIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Production environment experience.
• Ability to read CAD prints and product schematics.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements.
• Build complete assemblies start to finish, including grinding and finishing.
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec.
• Track daily production build counts and flow.
• Operate a variety of manufacturing tools and welding equipment per job specifications.
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every weld and build.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
