Job summary

Gala Industries, Inc. is seeking a welder for our Eagle Rock, VA facility. The role involves welding and fabricating metal structures and equipment, reading blueprints, and using TIG and MIG welding processes. A strong team player who follows safety rules is essential for this on-site position.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of TIG/MIG welding experience, plus ability to read blueprints. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Min 1 year of experience in TIG & MIG welding.
• Mandatory: Min 1 year of experience reading blueprints.
• Willingness to learn and be a strong team player.
• Verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welders fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
• They produce metal products according to customer specifications and read diagrams/blueprints to determine operations.
• Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment and ensure safety and quality standards.
