Job summary

RNInk is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The role involves laying out and welding fabricated, cast, and forged components to build frames, reels, and shafts. You will read blueprints, set up MIG/TIG/torch welds, and ensure dimensional accuracy while maintaining 5S in the department.

The position requires 2–5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience in fabrication, aluminum and stainless TIG work, and the ability to problem solve and verify quality against work orders and specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding in fabrication environments.
• Problem solving and attention to quality standards.
• Welding certification or technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Set up equipment and welds parts using MIG/TIG/torch welding.
• Assembles parts by bolting and riveting.
• Reads blueprints and ensures weld quality per specifications.
• Maintains 5S within the department and supports continuous improvement.
