Their vertical integration of services provides our customers with a multitude of flexible manufacturing options based on volume, cost, and delivery.

General Job Summary:

In addition to performing all phases of the MIG/TIG weld function, sets-up machinery, tools and parts for job completion.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands and follows all applicable safety policies and procedures.
  • Refers to production Manufacturing Process Control Document (MPCD) for job specifics.
  • Sets up and runs jobs as required.
  • Resolves problems with job as required.
  • Assists in the resolution of production, quality, and engineering issues.
  • Ensures machines are maintained per safety and quality standards.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • 2-3 years related experience or training
  • One year certificate from college or technical school preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:

Understanding and ability to use quality inspection equipment (calipers, height stand, protractor). Strong problem-solving skills. MIG/TIG Welding certification preferred. Ability to wear a respirator, as required.
