MIG and TIG Welders needed for first and second shifts

Location: Arlington, TX

Pay: $18-25/hr

Shift Hours: 1st shift 6AM - 2:30PM, 2nd shift 2PM - 10:30PM

Employment Type: Temp to perm

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials (metal, wood, and acrylic), ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of completed welds for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to build components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
  • Laser welding experience preferred.
  • Trade school education/certification required; relevant experience (10+ years) considered.
  • Familiarity with welding tools and equipment, including micrometers.
  • Ability to operate power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
