Midwest USA Solutions Sales Manager - Powersports & Agriculture & Construction Heavy Transportation (Off highway)

WORK FROM HOME OFFICE with frequent travel in Midwest USA

Chronos Consulting’s client is a multinational providing logistics, reactive containment and quality inspection solutions for the Heavy Transportation sector.

Due to rapid growth and customer expansion, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships in powersports, agriculture, and construction equipment industries. This role covers manufacturers primarily located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois/Indiana states. WORK FROM HOME. LOCATION OPEN with frequent daily travel to customer manufacturing sites in the Midwest USA.

The Role:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the powersports, agriculture, and construction equipment sectors through strategic prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.
  2. Engaging with key decision-makers to promote our quality services, drive sales, and exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  5. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and uncover growth opportunities located primarily in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Indiana.
  6. Reviewing account performance, providing strategic recommendations to maximize revenue, and preparing comprehensive reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments.
  7. Managing the sales pipeline efficiently and documenting customer interactions, updates, and communications in the CRM software.
  8. Developing and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase our services, emphasizing key features and benefits.

The Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in heavy transportation services (powersports, agriculture, or construction equipment) selling quality assurance solutions.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of technical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments, including quality, operational efficiency, logistics, etc.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.
