Winter Plant Operator

JENNMAR Services, a staffing company specializing in employee placement for the energy industry, is currently seeking Winter Plant Operators for the Southwest, PA area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Winter Plant Operator:

• Perform daily operational checks of compressor stations to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Comply with all State, Federal, and company laws and regulations.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Maintain, fuel, and operate heaters as needed.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor separators, dehydration units, compressors, meters, pumping equipment, well sites, and control devices to ensure optimal production, including changing filters and working with glycol and methanol.

Job requirements for Experienced Winter Plant Operator:

• Work effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, and site personnel.
• Experience in Gas & Oil Midstream Operations required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug & alcohol testing.
