• Perform preventive maintenance on compression systems with limited supervision.
• Troubleshoot and operate complex equipment to minimize outages and meet regulations.
• Coordinate with O&M Leader and other teams on projects and capital maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
