Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a Gas Management Intern for a 12-week paid internship to support the team in developing and enhancing reporting tools for daily gas operations. You will gain exposure to midstream gas business, measurement, scheduling, optimization, and data analysis to drive decisions.

You will contribute to improving visibility, participate in projects, and learn core operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student majoring in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems & Technology.
• Experience on projects involving business process review, BI, natural gas engineering, or financial modeling.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based applications and ability to conduct data analysis within BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving reports that enhance visibility into gas operations and system performance
• Support efforts to review and model business processes, including documenting current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') workflows
• Contribute to customer experience and operational efficiency initiatives across the Gas Management team.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or analyses as requested by the team
• Provide general support to the Gas Management program while learning the core operations of the midstream natural gas business.

Here is how the Gas Management Intern role will impact our business:

As a Gas Management Intern, you will support the team in developing and enhancing reporting tools that help manage EQT's daily gas operations. This role offers exposure to the midstream natural gas business and an opportunity to learn how measurement, scheduling, optimization, and data analysis drive Midstream revenues. You'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that improve visibility and decision-making across the organization.

The Gas Management Intern responsibilities include but arenot limited to:

• Assist in developing and improving reports that enhance visibility into gas operations and system performance
• Support efforts to review and model business processes, including documenting current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") workflows
• Contribute to customer experience and operational efficiency initiatives across the Gas Management team.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or analyses as requested by the team
• Provide general support to the Gas Management program while learning the core operations of the midstream natural gas business.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student majoring in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems & Technology
• Experience working on projects including aspects of business process review, business intelligence, natural gas engineering, or financial modeling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a cross-functional team in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based applications and ability to conduct data analysis within business intelligence tools

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York.

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
