Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a Midstream Operations Technician to support safe, reliable gas processing and pipeline operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, line locating, and field tasks under DOT PHMSA/FMCSA regulations, coordinating with construction teams, and documenting work orders and field data.

The role requires at least 1 year in the natural gas industry, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience in the natural gas industry (pipeline, storage, and facility operations).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Products.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe operating environment and follows EQT policies.
• Operates, troubleshoots and maintains pipelines, compression, and associated equipment.
• Performs pipeline maintenance tasks such as leak surveys and valve maintenance.
• Documents information and uses field data systems for work orders and compliance.
