Job summary

Devon Energy is seeking an Midstream Engineering Analyst to provide technical and administrative data support, loading and validating data from multiple sources, and generating insights to inform decisions across engineering and petro-technical teams.

You will build dashboards, integrate data, and lead analytics projects while leveraging AI to improve workflows and reporting. Strong collaboration and data literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS / Data Analytics / Eng or related field.
• 3–5 years in upstream/midstream Oil & Gas operations expected.
• Experience with large datasets and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with data acquisition and monitoring across databases (operational, AFE, LOE).
• Integrate data from financial, operational, and technical sources for a holistic view.
• Build analytical tools and dashboards to provide insights for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects and engage stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and speed insight delivery.
• Design interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting.
