Chord Energy is seeking a Midstream Facilities Engineer to support development, planning, engineering and operations of midstream and upstream assets in the Houston area. The role involves design, construction, operation, and field travel with a hybrid option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
You will manage multiple projects through all phases, develop hydraulic models, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate across teams while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
The Midstream Facilities Engineer will participate in the development, planning, engineering and operations of Chord Energy midstream and upstream facility assets. Assets include but are not limited to saltwater disposals (SWDs), gathering systems (oil, produced water, gas, & fresh water), gas plants, oil conditioners and central delivery points. The position requires an operations background and understanding of the design, construction, and operation of facility assets. This position located in downtown Houston, TX and requires travel to operations areas. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
