Elevate Eyecare in Shelbyville, IL is seeking an Optometrist to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe eyewear while supported by experienced staff and modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive eye exams and exceptional patient experiences.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions and vision needs.
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses with confidence and accuracy.
• Provide medical optometry care, including use of pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Identify systemic health concerns and coordinate care as needed.
• Educate patients to help them take ownership of their eye health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
