Elevate Eyecare in Gastonia, NC is seeking an Optometrist to join our team. You’ll provide comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry care with a focus on patient experiences and clinical excellence. Qualifications

• OD degree required for licensure in North Carolina.
• Active or eligible North Carolina optometrist license.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive eye exams and exceptional patient experiences.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions and vision needs.
• Prescribe glasses and contacts with accuracy.
• Provide medical optometry care, including use of pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Identify systemic health concerns and coordinate care as needed.
• Educate patients to help them take ownership of their eye health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
