Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate forklifts or picker equipment, use scanners, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Candidates must be 18+, have 1 year of warehouse experience, and be able to lift 50 lb (80 lb occasionally). Forklift certification is required. Overtime and safety compliance are expected, with benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), and paid

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently, up to 80 pounds; team lifts for heavy tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels/tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Remain on feet for extended periods; overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Support Operations Leaders in guiding team members.
• Assist with inventory by conducting cycle counts and adjustments.
• Assist with ecomm and will call as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
