Job summary

The role requires current Michigan RN licensure, 1+ year nursing experience (prefer LTC/rehab), strong clinical skills and excellent communication. You will support patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Michigan.
• 1+ year nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians; maintain records.
• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and address changes promptly.
• Develop relationships with patients, families, and caregivers; provide education and support.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
