Job summary

Armstrong Ambulance Service is seeking an EMT for overnight part-time shifts (Midnight–8am) across multiple MA bases, including Waltham. The position offers an hourly rate of $22–$29 depending on experience, with IFT, 911, and detail shifts available.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving history is required.

Responsibilities

• Renders basic life support procedures to patients in a variety of settings.
• Administers initial treatment at emergency scene and records vital signs.
• Provides medical examination and screening of patients per protocols.
• Assists in extricating trapped victims and transports patients to treatment centers.
• Loads, secures, and transports patients according to policy and procedures.
• Observes and reports patient conditions and responses to treatment to physicians.
