Job summary

Guru Donuts is seeking motivated individuals to join our kitchen crew. You will be trained across the kitchen, including baking, frying, and glazing donuts, ensuring each item is presented to customers with top quality.

This role runs from 12am to 8am, with shifts available all days of the week. You will work with a team to maintain consistent dough production, glaze finishes, and thorough cleaning and sanitation practices in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform general physical activities with speed and efficiency, including lifting and moving objects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with baker to manage proofing of raised donuts for size consistency.
• Fry, glaze, and finish donuts and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes, weigh ingredients, and multitask effectively.
• Maintain quality control of finished products with the team.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper oil and grease levels.
• Lead by example in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
