Position Summary: Join Revelations Counseling & Wellness to help set a new standard in holistic wellness, integrating mental, physical, and emotional health for lasting happiness through personalized, proactive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient therapy for individuals and groups, managing a caseload of at least 32 sessions weekly under supervision.
  • Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability and resilience.
  • Participate in case consultations and discharge planning, contributing insights to enhance client care and your clinical skills.
  • Complete documentation, session notes, and treatment plans promptly, adhering to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, trainers, and counselors for comprehensive client care.
  • Work under supervision to meet licensure requirements, including accruing supervision hours and receiving feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of counseling experience preferred; internships or supervised clinical experience acceptable.
  • Working toward independent licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Passion for integrated wellness and its role in mental health.
  • Strong ethics, confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Empathetic, nurturing, self-aware, and mentally stable.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a caseload of 32+ sessions per week under supervision.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Actively pursuing Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Act 33/34 Clearances, FBI Clearances.

Additional Benefits:

  • Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
  • Up to $200 monthly wellness reimbursement.
