Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel litigation associate for its New York City office. The ideal candidate has four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Responsibilities include representing clients in IP and complex litigation, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and client meetings.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Four to six years of litigation experience.
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in IP and complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
